Was Noel attempting to claim the guitar shaped pool was his idea (just like he never copied any beatles sounds)? bugular tell Group: Members Posts: 482 Joined: Mar. 2003 Posted: Nov. 10 2006, 16:53 it was in the paper today, it was reported as a long running dispute dating back to 1999, according to noel, part of the house ( not sure if it was the actual house or the cliff it was built on) was slipping into the sea, the funny part of the story was noel complained about a yacht being an eyesore and wanting it removed, until someone pointed out it was his, it came with the house! lol made me chuckle   -------------- Light travels faster than sound, thats why some people appear bright until you hear them speak Back to top

I find it odd that this issue wouldn't have been addressed in the terms of the sale. Didn't Noel have someone inspect the house/property for problems? I can't imagine buying a house without having it inspected. If the problem came to light after the sale of the house, how can Mike be accountable? If, on the other hand, it was an acknowledged problem that Mike had agreed to correct, that would be different. What'd he do? Noel’s resulting legal action became a talking point for the Ibiza set. Now the case has finally been settled, with Noel being awarded a sum believed to run into six figures.
