Just as in a QR code, Mike's oeuvre contains three fiducial markers: TB1, TB2, and TB3. The fourth smaller square of the code is formed by the short excerpt of TB4, released last year. This resemblance suggests that the whole idea of "deciding not to proceed" with TB4 is a furphy; it was part of the plan all along. Further, now that the final square of the code is in place there will indeed be no more Mike Oldfield albums.

The whole point of a QR code (and QR is like QK of a pack of cards, with the top part of the K closed off) is to launch something. I've suggested earlier that the TB albums are also akin to the four lowest chakras, implying that what is to be launched are the three higher chakras - presumably of some over-being.

That bag of secrets is leaking badly

:p

Oh R be do? Oh R be don't!

How do the inclusion of the four fiducial markers in the QR code, specifically TB1 through TB4, function as both a metaphor and a literal representation of the progression or closure in Mike Oldfield’s musical career, particularly in relation to the apparent finality of his albums?
