Here in the UK, it's really frustrating whenever Mike has a new single out it often rarely gets played and they seem to prefer playing his old hits instead!! Back to top

I've even heard 'Man In The Rain' once late at night... qjamesfloyd Group: Members Posts: 1357 Joined: April 2001 Posted: Jan. 29 2004, 12:28 The radio station i listen to Wave 105,likes Mike,they often play Moonlight Shadow,plus about 7-8 minutes of Tubular Bells 1,plus every christmas you get In Dulci Jubilo.The reason i started listening to the station was because it was the first station i heard playing Man In The Rain. Also Radio 2 really like Mike too,they often have his new album as the album of the week,and play a different track from it everyday,plus they have Mike in the studio for interviews. It's strange to think that Mike was on Radio 1 a lot in the 80's early 90's,i have heard Mike play some live stuff on Radio 1 with DJ Nicky Cambell,bits of Amarok i think,and don't forget it was Radio 1 who recorded the TB2 premier concert,i'm sure it was live on Radio 1 too,but i could be wrong there.
