I want to draw your attention to this site http://www.outcast.com.mx.
It's a commercial site for developping websites and it uses as backgrounds several wallpapers from this site. There is nowhere a link to tubular.net or the makers of the wallpapers to be seen, so I question if they have the permission to do this?
Just to let you know if you are one of the creators and you didn't know about this.

If you ask me, this guy uses the logo too.

No, he just changed the address of his site.
