:p

Oke, I know there was a previous post who is gonna play Mike in a movie. But here are the other characters. ;) If there gonna be a movie, I would like to direct it! :D (that would be 0,10 percent change... but I still will try to make it to the film academy!

And here are the other characters. Look in imdb.com for the faces of the actors I mean.

Sally Oldfield --->  Andie MacDowell

Terry Oldfield --->

Richard Branson ---> Ron Perlman

Tom Newman --->

Kevin Ayers --->

Simon Heyworth --->

Phil Spalding ---> John Malkovich

Rick Fenn ---> Tom Selleck

Maggie Reilly ---> Julianne Moore (some make-up and voilá)

Tim Cross --->

Morris Pert --->

Mike Frye --->

Clodagh Simonds --->

Sally Cooper --->

Anita Hegerland ---> Nicole Kidman (with blond hair)

Fanny Vanderkerkhove --->

Just a few from the dozens of characters.... phew...

eehhh, fill in the rest people :cool:

And whose gonna play Mike....???? (not himself, maybe the best but he's to old)

Doesn't Terry look a little like Richard Gere? And Julianne Moore reminds me of Clodagh Simonds, not of Maggie Reilly.

Can't you do some make-up or something to make him look young?

Well, with make-up you can do almost everything nowadays, but this CGI-mask is becoming very popular in Hollywood. It works like this: you film an actor which has a blue or green mask over his whole face. Then you "project" a face (from earlier video or pictures) on the mask and voilá, you have a character. The only thing is it doesn't look to well and you can't use it too long in a movie, otherwise people will notice.

So, maybe you can use Mike like this in a movie... ;) :p

Anita Hegerland could be Victoria Silvestedt
Mike Oldfield/Richard Gere is a good choice
and also Sally as Andie McDowell

Yeah, she looks a bit like Anita Hegerland, but I think the acting skills are not good...

Richard Gere is Mike?? Mmm, don't think that's a good choice IMHO. I would rather choose Al Pacino then... but he's too old and would need lots of make-up. Did you see him when he was young in "Serpico" (1973)? He had long hair and a beard, and looked a bit like Mike.

I have the best idea ever!!! Lets take Jacky Chan for Mike...
(A little bit of make up should do it...)
And then he can do some nifty tricks and some cool moves  :)

Or.... Ahnuld  :D  " I'll be Back!!!!" lol!

sorry, I'm a bit corny...  :p

Isn't Mike then?  :p

He certainly has been fat, I have a video excerpt from a concert of TSODE where he has his white hair and a BIG tummy.

You mean the Then and Now concerts? I know, I saw him in Rotterdam.

But I meant that Michael Caine is actually fatter. ;)
