Does anyone else like Mike playing lots of instruments and wish he'd play lots of instruments more often (than just guitars, keyboards and drum loops)?

Of course. I think Mike has such a lot of talent, and it particularly shows in his earlier albums, as he played loads of instruments in those ones. And one more thing, you don't have to look far for how much talent he exudes in Amarok. Just how many instruments did he play in that excellent, indivisible piece of music?

Do glasses of water, toothbrushes and vacuum cleaners count as musical instruments :/ ???  I guess they do if they're used to make music.

In all seriousness  Mike has somuch talent as a multi instrumentalist  :D ,so I'd love to see Mike play all/most of the instruments  himself as he did on earlier albums.   Mike has said about his new album "Real fingers on real instruments" ,I hope this will happen, ifso then YIPPPEEEE  :)  :D !!!!!

Well, he says he's thinking of going back to the 70s in terms of his musical styles, and his next album is going to be comprised of 3 side-long tracks, and like moonchild said, it is going to be "real fingers on real instruments". I can feel a new extraordinary album coming to the shelves of all musical stores across the country.
