While listening to Classic FM at work I stumbles on the fact that it was the Best of 08 charts,

All of a sudden Musica Universalis was playing and I got all excited about hearing Mike Oldfield on the radio.

Considering that 2008 was a huge year for Classical/Crossover, that's an amazing feat! Mike held his own against the likes of G4 bloke, Russel Watson, Myleene Klass and a late charge from Rhydian.

Has anybody dug out the final sales figures yet?

May I ask a question? I guess I did. Then may I ask another one? I used to enjoy a few episodes of a Star Trek "spinoff" called Enterprise, around 2005 also cancelled in 2005. The title song, after some research had revealed it had been been done by Rod Stewart some time prior to that TV show. The credits on the show say "performed by Russel Watson". Is this the same person mentioned in this thread? Just curious. Jim
