Don't worry...there's no singing! 
Already a while ago I transcribed the song "Mistake", but so far hadn't done anything more about it.
Well here's the "grand opening" of my YouTube channel.
Also available the MIDI file (including lyrics) and the sheet music.
Edit: Some chord changes might not be exactly at the right place. E.g. "...under the weather..." should be [B] "under the" [#Cm] "weat-" [A] "-her". (I think...although harmonically it's okay the way it is now.) The MIDI file is based on auto accompaniment styles and therefore has problems with these kind of early chord changes.
Also in the end, when the song is in a different key, I have marked some chords as #Bm, but they are in fact #Am.
I haven't changed the sheet music yet.
