Catchy tune, even with a midi-line playing it. 
But I think there are a few downers to it. The contrast between the midi and the guitar is way to big, in volume and in sound (the one sounds real, the other doesn't). Maybe a more dynamic midi-line could solve this?
And the notes you start playing at 1:48 are very very weird. Did you make an error, or did you intend them to be like that?
