Even Michael Rother scored one explicit album (http://www.amazon.de/Suessherz-und-Tiefenschaerfe-Explicit/dp/B001SJE1HU/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1333528787&sr=8-5) - the album title means "sweetheart and depth of field" (which is ok I think...), the other track titles don't have anything "slippery" in them and the album is purely instrumental!!
