Hi all, I have always wanted to make some orchestrations of mike's music, and although this may sound a tad big headed, I actually think I could do a far better job than David Bedford did. I am actually interested in writing symphonic versions of some of his music, and actually was thinking that oribadoo would be a really good one to do. The only thing is that it will be time consuming and I would love to somehow get in contact with mike directly, or at least his management to make it a little more official. How would I go about doing this and is it even reasonable to assume that they would be interested. It has always been a dream for me to do it, and I have all the skills required for such a job, I just need a sign that its worth doing before I actually commit to the idea.
Any thoughts?
