The quality of your tracks, dear Booster, has much improved since you first came here with Top of the Morning and...the other one I can't seem to recall right now.

Very very nice quality here! I like the sound of the piano. Only problem is there sounds like a lot is going on and sounds a little chaotic but that's ok. The other problem that kinda gets on my nerves is that theres not very much middle to the whole song. Sounds too ear piercing. Not enough bass either. I think you've got quality down. Now you need to work on equilizing/mixing/editing!

Agree with Brandon here. Seems to miss some body.
Besides that, the only thing that bothers me is the lack of an ending. Make an ending!!

When I read Brandon's post while downloading it and saw the word 'chaotic', I already was very worried!  :D  But you kept it within the borders of sanity. No big composition sins.  ;)

I like the dolphin-like sound you produce. You surprised me in a good way this time!

Maybe if you keep making progess like this, I might one day be able to appreciate your style...

silly question, but do u possibly remember what music u had heard (except for the original tune) the day u finished that work ?

I was just listenin' to it again (on 1 of my self-made compilations called "The Mystery Of The Bell"  :) ......) and somehow got a possibly "pre-listening-mixture" of Mark Snow, Liv Kristine (well, I guess: surely not) and BT in mind......

Later,

dkay

actually I think I listened mostly to your above mentioned BT :)........didn't listen the original tune before finishing the cover, I didn't want the original to make me push it in a direction...

can't exactly say which song/album by BT that was...but hey it could be the LTBL remixes...Flaming June, race wars, god speed, or somnambulist (but hey that's a new one so possibly not)

it was pretty many other songs, but BT was really in my mind when I did this cover:)
