Anyone heard of Phil Keaggy? - he mostly plays Christian Contemporary Music and has some excellent instrumental albums out (Master & Musician, Beyond Nature etc..) - Some of his stuff sounds similar to Mike's and he's got the feeling in his music that Mike has. If you've never heard his stuff, try downloading 'Good Christian Men Rejoice' (it is Christmas time after all!!!;) in MP3. Good stuff,

Someone did introduce me to Phil's instrumental music once (I have a feeling he's a friend of Phil's actually...). I never got as far as buying anything of his, but I did quite like what I heard - he's a good player.
