Next Wednesday, Sally will be on 'Top Of The Pops 2' - at last!! I've been wishing they'd show her on the show for a few years!!

In the latest 'Classic Rock' magazine there's a small article about Mike during the making of 'Ommadawn' and a small photo.

There's an article about the rock band The Sweet, and it says that Nico was briefly a member - I didn't know that!!

Her website has recently been totally re-vamped!! She has an EP which can be ordered from it.

Sorry if anyone missed Sally's appearance - she was on Tuesday, but the Radio Times said Wednesday!

Hopefully, she'll be interviewed on 'The Record Collectors' on BBC Radio Shropshire soon, as I suggested they do an interview with her!! The show is also broadcast on BBC Hereford & Worcester, BBC Stoke and WM.

Her first album called "Water Bearer" is my personal favorite among all her albums. It is the album having the strongest folk influence (I am sure Mike had a hand in it),

The most important and longest song in the album, "Songs of the Quendi", was very much inspired by J.R.R. Tolkien's magnificent work "The Lord of the Rings".

For the last decade, Sally has been making her albums in Germany.

I really lost interest in her music, as she has shifted in style towards pop like songs and her latest album is called, "Secret Songs"

You can find further details on the web.

Cheers MO fan :D

There's a full discography at her website. I believe she mostly designed the site herself - Mike should take note...

For trivia hunters, the track 'Flaming Star' (from the album of the same name) was recorded at Roughwood Croft, better known as her brother's house. I personally didn't think that the rest of the album lived up to the promise of that first track, but maybe that's just because Sally's stuff isn't really my thing.

I've no intention at all to be a nitpicker :), but Andrea above here by 'registration' means 'recording'. I don't think there's any available, if not at the BBC (or whatever). ;)

Nico Ramsden is a man - you can see pictures of him on the sleeve of Exposed (he's the one playing the red ES-335).
