Hello all

A while ago i was chosen to be one of lucky 3 people to do a course in music technology. Its a pilot scheme that invloves the tutors giving us a laptop with the required software and video tutorials to learn more about how to produce.

To cut a long story short, we have just been told that our final exam will involve two parts.

1. To create a track on our own, i.e our own composition - must be over 3 minutes long and incorpaortae all the neccessary steps to producing a hig quality track.

2. To record an already existing peice of music bearing as close as a resemblance to the original as possible, anything from the year 1550 to present day, but with the CD we send to the examiners, we must include a copy of the score of the peice of music we are covering.

Naturally i would really like to do something by MO. and I'm considering what exactly to do a version of. But to stick with my favourite albums, i would really love to do something from TBii. Can anyone help me to get a score form TBii? is it possible to buy it from somewhere?

Thanks in advance

Jonny

Yes, there were two versions of score for TBII. One was for piano and a lead instrument with guitar chords, and the other was a full concert score.

I'm not sure what availability would be like now though...

Have fun, most of my early multitrack recording experiments were MO covers.

I wouldnt ever really cover anyones work - but the course stipulates i hand in a published score.

and i got hold of a TBii score over the weekend, Most of wich ill use for the difficult parts - otherwise i know most of it on guitars etc by ear. ;)
