you know, i live in israel, near my house there is a school. a nice, normal school. anyway, sometimes when i'm at home i can hear the ring that notify kids that they can finally go home or to a break or that they are late and if they don't go into the class immediately the teacher will kill them and cut their body to lot's of pieces and eat them. ANYWAY, today there was something vey funny...  you see, instead of a normal buzz they changed the tune to the start of to france... yup. now kids go home to the sound of a mike olfield song. yaa, i know, it's stupid. but i like it. it's funny to hear it

That's really cool gargar - is it common in Israel for the schools to play hit records over the loud speakers? Here (In singapore) it's only a bell-like sound you hear coming from schools (except at the end of the session when the national anthem is played) - wish they'd play Mike Oldfield here - anywhere!

i wouldn't call it a "hit record". probably no one (except the dude who reponsible for this of course) don't know where the tune from or who is the artist that made it. is it common i israel? i who knows? i'm not familiar with many schools... but HAY! i have a GREAT idea! maybe i will go search for another school tomorrow and wait outside untill the bell ring so i can find out what ring they have!!! hmm... probably not... it's stupid. but it can be more stupid, i can try sneak into the school, go into a class and pretend to be a student so i can find out if they know from where the music is from! of course, it can be a bit of a problem because i'm 24 years old and the kids there are 10 years old so i don't think i can full the teachers (or the police that will surely come for me)
