Sonic VR has been renamed Music VR. The new website URL is www.musicvr.com. A demo will be available on April 6.
(Thanks, Tiarnan Breffni)

In an e-mail of comments to the production team I wrote:
"General comments about the flying lesson: I liked it, and I think it
shows a lot of potential for the full Sonic VR experience. My only worry
is in confusion between Sonic Virtual Reality and Sonic Reality who
produce commercial sample CDs."

Does this mean:
(a) they read my email
(b) it's my fault?

You'd hope that they read everyone's emails...

Maybe they took heed of the suggestion, maybe it was co-incidence...they did already change the name once before, from Sonic Realist to Sonic VR (maybe for the same reason...).

As for it being your fault...well...someone has to take the blame, don't they? wink

Uhmm... okay, it seems the staff or perhaps MO (why God, why?!) himself has a grudge towards me or my ISP (www.stofanet.dk); when I try to acces Music VR, I get this message:

###
HTTP Error 403
403.6 Forbidden: IP address rejected

This error is caused when the server has a list of IP addresses that are not allowed to access the site, and the IP address you are using is in this list.
###

Uhm... suggestions anybody?

Hmm, Sonic Reality sounds better i think.
But i can understand that Music describes it better than Sonic.

Well, it's about time they changed the name. I just couldn't associate "Sonic" with "Mike". It sounded stupid, but I was willing to accept it. I'm happy now ;-).

I have no problems accessing the site, so apparently he likes me hahaha.

ahhhhh... musicVR definetly is more project defining than sonicVR. however... i like the name sonicVR better... guess cause that was the first name they used that stuck...well aside from sonic reality... which yes was the name of a software sampler company plus SONIC is also a fast food drive in place here in the states. dont really think ppl want burgers with there oldfield to go... lol :-P although theres an idea waiting to happen... any takers??? lol :-P well lets hope that the project demo is better than the first flying lesson... lordy i think i saw more purple sky than ever b4... lol :-P

smile I'm so impatient to see that demo.
I do hope that It won't be another 600Ko file, but a whole level of the game. And with music please ! as fans of Mike as we are, i think that the music is the most important thing we are waiting for.
So let's wait, and be trustful, it will be great. ciao ! smile
