The last that was completely made outside of his own studio was Hergest Ridge. After that, they've all included work done in Mike's own studios. A lot of Platinum was done elsewhere, though.
Of his recent albums, the orchestra for Voyager was recorded at Air Lyndhurst, the orchestra for The Millennium Bell was recorded at Abbey Road, and some of the work on Tres Lunas was done at Plan 1 (also, Thou Art In Heaven includes some uncredited samples of the St Petersburg Symphony Orchestra, which I believe were recorded in Berlin). A drum session was recorded for Tubular Bells 2003 at Plan 1, which might or might not have been the basis for the seemingly electronic drum track on Caveman.
