There's a lot of material in recordings like Incantations, Islands, Hergest Ridge, Discovery, Amarok or even Earth Moving, only to mention a few, which haven't virtually played live in the latest tours Mike Oldfield has done. In the Then and Now concert, which I saw in Leganés (Madrid), I expected some of that, but most of the material was from the 90's, apart from the excerpt from Ommadawn. And the encores were the same as in the TBIII première, Moonlight Shadow and Family Man, which a felt a little bit of a move for contenting the least fans of all the fans, which is normal but... Sometimes I listen to some records and I dream of listening to them live... so, I've done a little bit of a repertoire on my on, the concert I'd like to hear... I would like to see some others from you all as well: 1    HOLY 2    INCANTATIONS PART 4 (shortening the vibes part) 3    ORABIDOO 4    TO FRANCE 5    CRIME OF PASSION 6    IN THE POOL 7    JEWEL IN THE CROWN 8    LET THERE BE LIGHT 9    HERGEST RIDGE (end of part 1) 10   HEAVEN'S OPEN 11   EARTH MOVING 12   THE WIND CHIMES 1 and 2 (1st half- until the slow part) 13   RETURN TO THE BEGINNING 14   SENTINEL 15   NORTHPOINT 16   QE2 17   MAN IN THE RAIN 18   THE LAKE Encore: MONT ST MICHEL Would be the concert of my life!!!! This is a hard topic.. is it allright if Mike does a 7 hour set? Some of my choices would be In Dulci Jubilo Mikes Reel Pipe Tune Five Miles Out Heven's Open Crime of Passion/Jungle Gardina Portsmouth Guilty Discovery Tricks of the Light Taurus III Shine Followed by some extracts (or full bits if he doesnt mind playing all night) The folky bit of Ommadawn part I (about 6:55) End of Ommadawn part II On Horseback Ariborne Platinum Crises Then i could quite happily sit back and watch him do TB I and II, Hergest Ridge, and the Whole of Incantations... Sir Mustapha, the Sally/Punkadiddle choice between all those classics is a nice idea... would really be refreshing!! That's it more or less.  I reckon the only way to follow Ommadawn pt 1 in concert is by taking a bow and leaving the stage leaving the audience to scream its heart out demanding MORE!!!!! Then they come back out and Mike soothes them all with Moonlight Shadow and cue a big audience-wide singalong session....wouldn't that feel so GOOOOOOD?!
