84-502 Unregistered Posted: Feb. 27 2002, 06:35 It seems you can buy "The Danish Collection" on-line from: www.cdskiven.dk (Search under "Oldfield". The web-site can also be viewed in English. I checked and they can send CDs to any European country for an additional DKr 30. The CD costs DKr 129,95 / EUR 17,42. Hope this helps! Back to top

Unregistered Posted: Feb. 27 2002, 13:28 Virgin Denmark needs to make money - so why not. The compilation is a bit to focused on Killing Fields - a track from the Platinum/QE2 era would have made better choices (Sheba, Airborne or say Punkadiddle) but if it turns a couple of Danes on to Oldfield`s magic music. And what an awful title - sounds like Cliff Richard.... Back to top

I think they should read the EEC agreement. And they would see that Norway is to be counted as a EU member when it comes to economic matters! Jerome C Group: Members Posts: 138 Joined: Mar. 2002 Posted: Mar. 03 2002, 12:10 Hi, Episodes was a pretty nice compilation, with excerpts from HR, Ommadawn, Incantations, Platinum and QE2 (memory only, tbc) : after been "stuck" during a few years inside TBI (thinking it was a unique piece of music coming directly from Mars), it's thanks to that one that I opened to MO's larger world. I still remember how it blew my head off. I then knew there were several other pieces of music coming from Mars :-D I bought it during the first half of the 80's if I remember well ? I still have the K7 (souvenir...) I was pretty young + there was no Internet at that time ;-) Just think I may have missed that compilation, and still be listening to TBI !! That's why we should not be to hard on compilations, it helps more people to get to know our (and any other) hero.
