Sheer Heart Attack is the worst produced album Queen have ever made...or so I thought.
Then it dawned on me, like a bolt from the blue. The answer was right there on the record sleeve all the time.
If the speakers are placed flat, ie the cones point towards the ceiling, the soundscape is vertical. It works - try it! The music is bliss.
I'm sure I'm not the only one to play records in a vertical mode, but for anyone who also thinks SHA is a badly produced album...check it out!
