I bought a EMU Proteus XR last week and today it arrived. Very good synthmodule! And I've just discovered the "chewing and gnawing"-sound Mikes uses in the beginning of MFTB. It's in the preset 025 Special FX. Very simple to play. And the brass presets sound exactly like the brass hits just before, and on, the saxophone bit.

Just a little curiosity..

I'm nuts about my Proteus2000. Only had mine about 9 months.

There seem to be quite a few preset samples in MFTB, there are a few from the Korg M1 in there, too.
