So the game is finally out, but what about the TrEs Lunas CD? is that still going to be released on July 1st? and is TO Be Free still being released on May 27th?

I believe that To Be Free has been released already...

Most release dates for Tres Lunas are in June - mostly June 3rd...The UK one of July 1st seems a bit uncertain.

i seen on hmv.com it was being released on july 4th for canada (maybe US i dont know?)
