Does anyone know of anything that is similar to that section? Or how about tabs for it?

I think that he (or she?) is referring to track 4 of TB 2003, which is named, exactly, "Latin".

And I also think that a tab for that is somewhere (maybe in the tabs section here?), but I'm too lazy to check out where it is right now.

Similar music? Well, some of Clear Light (TB II) sounds rather similar.
