Zanny Group: Members Posts: 21 Joined: May 2004 Posted: May 27 2004, 14:25 Well my rediscovery of Mike Oldfield is starting to drive my better half crazy     Ive been catching up on the albums Ive missed and as we all know each album is in a sense completely different and from his early work to his more recent stuff truely different. Anyway everytime she comes into the living room recently im trying out a different album and it kinda goes like this... "Whos this singer im sure I recognise them" (listening to innocent - earth moving) "Um well its another mike oldfield song" ------------------------------------------------------------------ "Are you listening to Clapton?" "Err no its mike oldfield again" (listening to Guitars album) ------------------------------------------------------------------ Just this very minute... "This is really good you got some Enigma on?" "Err no its mike oldfield again" (listening to Tres Lunas) ------------------------------------------------------------------ Im sure shes trying to find a reason to dislike my renewed interest in all things mike, but it keeps on surprising her Back to top
