Actually, it is just called "Reflection". It was a Arts Council Film. I remember reading an interview of Mike at that time where he talked about the guy.
"In fact, I'm doing the music for a film at the moment by a guy called Keith Critchlow. It's a film about the relationship between... everything - to everything else. He uses geometry and patterns that you find in flowers and microscopic sea life, and human pieces of work like Chartres Cathedral. It's an Arts Council thing, about fifty minutes long, and I'm enjoying that."
I've seen the film. Very interesting! I like those documentries with this 70's atmosphere around it. It does not only feature Mike's music, but also by somebody called Alan Hacker. Actually, you can hear the very first mixes of Incantations in this film (which Mike made shortly before he went in the Exegesis thing).
Unfortunately, the director Keith Critchlow didn't become much of a fame after this period. His latest works were cheap horror movies.
