All the equipment Mike used is listed in the booklet (in the CD, that's limited to the instruments he used, and a few bits of recording gear, the DVD-A really does list pretty much everything). All of the instruments listed there are also listed on the TB2003 discography page.
No L6-S there, he hasn't used that in years. I think his main reason for using it was that it had 24 frets. He commented at one point that he didn't think that the pickups were terribly good, and the L6-S was quite well known (I could say infamous) for having a 'hard' sound, so it's maybe not surprising that the PRS quickly replaced it. The PRS also gives better top fret access.
