The Space Arrow
Go to the set of ringheads nearest the black moonface and the wishing-well temple (this one, position 7 on the map), and choose the right hand ringhead. Go through it (or fire a golden ring through it if you've touched the green crystals).
A giant space arrow will sweep you up into the sky, out into space, and deposit you on a distant spaceship. From here you can see a nebula, and (at some distance away) a group of planets. There's nothing much to do on the spaceship except to wander around it, so when you've done that, set off towards the planets.
As you touch each planet, you'll hear music - a different sequence for each planet that you touch. Mike's version of the music of the spheres, no less! But one of the blue planets is 'home' - and when you touch it a burning rose will appear, carry you through space, and guide you home, to the accompaniment of superb music that makes this trip one of the great highlights of Tr3s Lunas. When you land, you'll see a fountain of roses spraying up from the cactus. When you're ready, go and bathe in the roses to end the sequence.
There are other things to do out there in space, if the fancy takes you. There's a wandering comet you can track down and look for; and there's another comet orbiting the pink ringed planet. This comet can be shot at: three hits will destroy it and amazingly, instead of being sent to Bad World, you get sent to Good World. (Maybe we save the universe by doing this act of space vandalism?)
It's worth mentioning avatars. If you had an avatar when releasing the space arrow, you'll find that it disappears when you get into space, and you don't get it back until you return. However, if you now release the space arrow a second time, you'll keep your avatar. This makes it possible for several people to meet in space with avatars in an online game. It's hard, because space is big, and avatars small - but it can be done, as in this historic moment, recorded here.
Space Arrow World is another 'unofficial' world we can get into, with amazing freedom to roam. To find out how, go here.
