The whole point of "The Bell" is that it starts off with traditional instruments (grand piano) and then switches to futuristic/technological. This simply isn't reflected in the video, where, in fact, we see traditional instruments floating about like lost souls.

agree to some extent - the Bass Guitar bit was a blunder because he is actually seen playing an upright double bass. But the re-mix itself -visuals aside is just so good and never fails to put a smile on your face. That additional guitar overdub over the bells is awesome...

Yes - exactly - they ARE lost in the mix - and so in the video - and - umm - I'm lost.

Love this piece of music - and reminds me Warner or whoever really need to do a DVD with this, To Be Free, Songs of Distant Clarke etc.
