Hi guys,

from the positive feedback on my album timeless (I uploaded demo versions of the tunes) I decided to bring it out for real.

Check it out on Itunes, and on;

Fantastic news Jesse! I loved all the bits of the album that I heard before and I'm really pleased you're making it available for the wide world to be able to own it.

Marvellous!

Cheers,
Terry.

I remastered everything, it's now sounding like I really wanted.
You'll get to hear the rest soon, I'm kinda proud :)
Because it was also this forum that pushed me to release it ;)

Thanks for asking - it's coming out on the 29th February. Happy to just swap discs if you're doing physical copies. PM me if you want to discuss!

Very nice piece. As for "The Great Plain", I had that on the brain too.

I really enjoyed it. I was working (programming) at the same time as listening so didn't have my full attention on it but apart from some overpowering bass in track 2 that almost blew my speakers I thought it was marvellous!

Cheers,
Terry.

:D I even lowered/turned the bass down a notch!

I have the same with your album. It sounds really pro! Is it all real instruments? Or also vsts?

Sounds pro? You just put a huge grin on my face! :-D

You can view the whole list of what I used at the bottom of the album page on my website ( http://purplerhapsody.co.uk/discography.html?release=infinity ) but a rough breakdown would be:

Piano - all played live but on a Yamaha Clavinova rather than a real piano.

Electric Guitar - 95% real (a lovely Ibanez guitar) - the 5% that is VST was from EWQL Ministry of Rock

Bass Guitar - 50% real - the other 50% is mostly from Dimension LE

Acoustic Guitar - 20% real - I can't get a good sound from my acoustic or classical guitars - fake strums are from Ministry of Rock and fake lead acoustic/classical is from EWQL Gypsy.

Percussion - ALL fake. Combination of different packages (but mainly Session Drummer 2, Ministry of Rock, and Heavyocity Evolve)

Orchestra - ALL fake! Fantastic package called EWQL Symphonic Orchestra Gold.

Cheers,
Terry.

Midnight fire just got to 4th place :)
And it's maybe my favourite hehe. I like the Chamber reprise a little better, but they're both the top pieces.

Congratulations on the album Jesse.
From the bits I've heard it sounds really cool.
Your track from last years album is still one of my favorites.
Keep up the good work and keep of the cougars  :D
