Of course we're aware they existed prior to 1978, but 1978 marked their first released recording.

Please join me in toasting the legacy of a true "musician's band".  And that they may all find a reason to work together once in a while in the future.

I will say one thing about that band. The late Jeff Porcaro was a superb drummer.
Sure wish he could have stuck around longer.

I will truly this band. A wonderful, tight-knit, group of amazing musicians. Not many bands can say that nowadays.

I wish the members of Toto all the best in the future.
