I did a house/dance version of the Tubular Bells intro on our album Anomaly. its called Tubular Balls and is our kind of 'homage-a-mike'. TB purists will probably loathe it, but anyone can have a listen at www.nickandgerald.com Click the link for Anomaly, 5th track down. Mike was a huge influence on us when we were kids. See what you think.

Hello Nick or Gerald!

Welcome to the site - hope you enjoy yourselves here! Finally managed to download your track on me c**ppy dial-up connection. It's not really my kind of music, but I thought it was a cracking little tribute to Mike! Very well done :)

Tony :)

Looking forward to having a listen, altho I believe there is already a piece called Tubular Balls performed by Rick Wakeman which I tried to download just the other day but only managed to get a few seconds of it.

WELCOME

A friend of mine used to have a newspaper article of an interview with Mike Oldfield in which he himself would only call TB "Tubular Balls".

Flash and gleam among the oak-trees,
Laugh and leap into the valley."
