My wish for mikes out comming album.....
I know it wont happen. I would not cry if it didnt.
Anyway.... A hope it will be like this he he

Sentinel (a new fresh modern with guitars??
Dark star ( a new faster synth version (piano)
Clear light ( with more meastro sound
Blue saloon (more like tub II realixing
Sunjammer (B.blues style with screeeeaming guitars
Red dawn ( New echoes from bells and B.blues and the intro is playing by piano
The bell ( background sounds of waters, waves and winds.
More like "In the pool" playing. With Sallys voice or MO!!!!

Weightless (More tres lunas sound and chilly sounds and the same melody like Harmonics.
The Great plain ( a brand new song sung by Sally
Sunset door (Like "Solar system". Drownings sounds and guitars and bell
Tattoo ( a good piano song; Top of the morning feeling!
Altered state (Amarok style, a new telephone rings. Drums like Art in heaven. More bass!
Maya gold ( one thing for sure. This piece must be relaxing!!
Spanish style. Chilly taurus III and a hint of flamingo
Moonshine ( This must be the new version of far above. Spanish, flamingo, drum thing. With bells and the best new end title Mike ever will do he he
At the end a "Mikes reel" a like.

Well what do you think! Of course! There will not be an new Tubular bells IIII this time. I dont think so.
But how would you like it and wish it do be??

I think the Tubular Bells series has gone on too long now lol. If a Tubular Bells IV was going to be released, i'm sure it'd be great etc... but i think using the name Tubular Bells again wouldn't be very smart. All he really has to do is come up with some more words which don't make much sense :-P

I am sure the cycle is complete now,it started in 1973 with Tubular Bells ,added 2 and 3 along the way and finished with the re-worked Tubular Bells 30 years later,i'm sure Mike is now happy to leave it.

I'm with James on his optimism about the Bell series. Mike did say in 1999 that as he saw it 'the four-sided box was finished'. TMB is (somehow) supposed to be the fourth album.

Perhpas Mike thinks that TB and the song Moonlight Shadow are the only good works that he's written, on the basis of their popularity? Shame really

Man in Crises: your ideas sound good though, you should learn the guitar and make your own compositions :)

I thought boxes -"cubes" had six sides. Or everything falls out of them.

Do you think there may be 2 more to come? :O

You summed up all my feelings there.

Well, if there are "four-sides" completed already,  then '2003' could be the 5th side...

You know, it would be a good idea to leave the "box" without a lid.

Uh oh - What if Mike's heard of dodecahedrons? :O

There should have really been three relating to the 'sides' of the bell
