. I don't think it's ever really been trademarked or copyrighted on its own - i.e. the bell in that peculiar shape, commonly known as the Bent Bell. 
The combination of the Bent Bell with the Oldfield Music Overseas name bears the TM mark on it, but I've never seen it on the Bent Bell itself.
