As part of the Tubular Project, the Vicente Aleixandre School Orchestra will perform Tubular Bells  in Aranjuez (Madrid, Spain) on Nov 15. David Bedford will be participating on stage.

Only add one thing about David Bedford's participation on the Tubular Project: He will perform as Master of Ceremonies and will fly to Madrid exclusively for the concert.

All the event is going to be recorded on digital format.

May be there will be surprises...  ;)

glad to read this cause i'm trying to be there for the date, but it seems it's going to be hard for me...
for what i've read about the project sure it will be brilliant and imo aranjuez is a wonderful environment for this event.

hi I am musician from Spain and I am going to play in tubular prject, all people is invited to this tribute.I am so Happy with the answer of the people becouse they are very intereted in this concert.

Hola a todos.
Tan solo unas palabras para agradecer el tremendo éxito de Tubular Project. Para no extenderme mucho (espero...), simplemente comentar que hubo lleno absoluto y (desgraciadamente) hubo mucha gente que se quedó sin poder entrar (el domingo se vendieron todas las entradas en quince minutos, y se quedaron fuera más de 50 personas).
El sonido fue magnífico, geniales los músicos: la Orquesta Vicente Aleixandre, Álvaro, Juan Tomás, Pedro, Miguel, Héctor Reyes, Mariana y Claudia, Ignacio a la batuta y, cómo no, Dabid Bedford, que no sólo hizo de Maestro de Ceremonias, sino que además tocó teclados en desde Caveman hasta el final de Tubular Bells.

Mi más sincero agradecimiento a todos los que ayudásteis a que todo saliera bien (PokeGOLD -Juan Alberto- eres un genio) y en especial a Maria José y Ana López, y a todos los que estuvísteis doblando trípticos (lo siento, mira que hacerme un esguince el día D...)

Gracias a Pandora Music y a la Escuela Expressarte de Madrid. Gracias a Tubular.net por dejarme poner este mensaje (eso espero... "Thanks to Tubular.net to let me add this reply :P") y a todos y cada uno que hicísteis de un sueño una realidad, y encima con aplastante éxito. Os adelanto, ahora que no nos escucha nadie (jeje) que quizá esto no haya hecho más que empezar ;)

Saludos a todos y mil gracias. Nunca olvidaré esta experiencia. Hemos hecho historia.

Es una pena no haber podido asistir a este evento. Me enteré hace casi una semana, pero bueno, me alegro por aquellos que hayan podido disfrutar de ese maravilloso acto. Creo que Aranjuez es un buen lugar para dar un concierto de música oldfieldiana, por su encanto y magia.
