I haven't been keeping an eagle eye on this, but today I saw that Amazon UK is quoting the 20th of October for the box set and the 10th of November for the vinyl re-or-first-time-issues.  A random pick of another Amazon site shows the 17th of October and the 14th of November respectively for Germany, so best to consult your local shopkeep!   -------------- "Who was that?"
