So Richard Branson has somehow wrangled a deal to buy the UK Northern Rock bank (got itself into trouble a few years back and rescued/bought by the UK government) to kickstart the high street banking side of Virgin Money.

Considering Virgin's beginnings they should really use a Mike track on their adverts. What would be a good one?

Make Make?
Blood Sucking?

or I could be a bit more positive:

From the ashes?

Considering it cost british taxpayers millions of pounds to bail out the bank in the first place, how about....

"Gimme Back" ?

Here in Italy most adverts for banks use highly powerful (and loud) orchestral scores, of the kind you normally hear in Hollywood soundtracks. :D So why not use "Harbinger" from MotS? IMHO The crescendo in that piece would be just perfect for the claim in a TV commercial.

Richard Branson will be on dutch television today. He's going to talk about Mike Oldfield, at least that's what they said.

I also saw a commercial about some CD box set with all the great albums in them or smth like that. Tubular Bells was in the commercials as well.

I hesitate to put words into Sir Richard's mouth but...
"My, er, bank?  Maya Gold!"

Oops..sorry Milamber. Just noticed that "Gimme bank" (Gimme back) was your choice. I should have read the previous posts properly. Good one though!
