Hi there,

I have the following suggestion. A virtual camera should fly through the tubular bell - in combination with the geat sound it would be a cool effect.

Greetings from Germany

Wasn't there a bell fly-through in the video for Sentinel? Or maybe it was an advert of TB2

I remember seeing a bit of that. In fact it was my first ever ever encounter of anything to do with MO, but I didn't know it. I think it appeared on a morning program on UK Channel 4 called 'The Big Breakfast' where they might have reviewed the album.

It would be another 8 or 9 years before I properly got introduced to Mike's music where I am today

It's in the Sentinel video which you can see on the 'Elements' compilation.

I'm already working on a 3d fly through of the bell. I need a good Oldfield sound sample though. Keep watching for a link.

Stuart: I'm waiting. Would it be animation or kind of game (like MVR)?
There is a such animation in TB3 commercial, but I hope your would be better smile. (if anybody want to see it, please e-mail me)
Another suggestion: Crises. Look at the Crises cover, then on its Claenson impressions http://www.kebawe.com/hans/wallpapers/oldfield/wallpapers/crises_winter_800.jpg

Then imagine camera moving from "the watcher" to "the tower" above the water with music from Crises 7:48 ("the watcher and the tower waiting hour by hour").
I think it would be nice smile

I think mine would be more focused on graphics than idea but the way I see it.

The camera would enter as the wireframe is rendering then as it steers round the inside you would see reflections (possibly from MVR) of objects. As you leave the bells there would be a trail of light which catches up with you and blinds the screen.

That sort of idea.

I like the sound of that.
Let us know when it's done, Stuart.

Tubular World from TSODE might work well.

I second Tubular World as a possible (and appropriate) piece.
