I think that Amarok with a final K was invented by Mike, and everyone who copied it after Amarok (the album) came out should rightly fear some suing action by Mike, IMHO. But I also think that Mike is completely uninterested in all usages of the word other than his own. @ Sentinel (Michael): I think that the name was inspired by the concept of the Inuit Amaroq as "leader of the pack" - just like <a href="www.amarok.com">this</a>.
