@ Baggiesfaninessex: There's a harpsichord (or a spinet maybe, which sounds very like a harpsichord, anyway! - played by Mike) in Ommadawn part 1, heard in the slow section after the folky one. This section is known as "Birdsong" in the Amarok Player. For those who don't have this piece of software (or have no idea about what it is ) this section starts at 8'18''.
Apart from this, I agree with the above - to be really specific in this thread, we'd have to distinguish between the instruments that Mike doesn't play and the ones that are not present in his music. If we were to limit ourselves to the former, I'd say that real drums, wind instruments (except maybe for the Northumbrian bagpipes) and bowed strings in general are out of Mike's reach.
@ Jonnyw & Morti: He does play country fiddle. You can listen to him playing the fiddle on "Sailor's hornpipe" and "Moonshine", even if in this latter piece the fast fiddle solo parts are most probably a synth.
@ Korkesova: There is a contrabass in TB (1973). Not played by Mike.
