Clarke or Isaac Asimov novel ('TSODE' or 'Rendezvous with Rama' would be fine, 'Nemesis' would be finer), directed by Steven Spielberg (or maybe James Cameron... Kubrick would have been the best choice, anyway), with the soundtrack composed by Mike Oldfield with orchestrations by John Williams.
