That's a good question, and one I don't really have an answer to...but...
They are out there - I don't know about Tubular Bells, but certainly TB2 and 3. There were T-Shirts made for the Tubular Bells 3 premiere, and the Tubular Bells II tour. I had a Tubular Bells II one once, which had the image which was used for the cover of the single 'The Bell' (the one with the twisted bell above a stream in a forest somewhere...). You might be lucky and find someone selling one of those on eBay or a similar auction site.
If all else fails, there's always the T-shirt transfer paper available for use with inkjet printers...(though I suppose by way of a disclaimer, I should point out that unauthorised copying of images like album covers isn't strictly legal...). I've seen some good results from that stuff and also some bad ones - it probably depends on the brand of paper, the fabric you transfer it onto and that sort of thing.
