Hello!  I'm new to the forums, so please excuse me if I'm doing anything incorrectly...
I wanted to find out if anyone could tell me where Mike recorded Amarok.  Thank You!

It was recorded at Mike's home studio, not sure where he was living at the time though (England, but where exactly, I don't know). The articles on Amarok in the articles section discuss some of the equipment he was using and the recording process.

And welcome to the forum!

Hmmm, I think Mike was still at that Little Halings in 1990 so presumably most of it recorded there. Please someone correct me if I've got that wrong!

As Holger says, lots of info on the technical side of the recording in the articles section, particularly this article.

Welcome to the forums!

Aha, so he kept that house even when he was living in Ibiza and moved back in there afterwards?

Mike has had so many houses, it's hard to keep track. :D

Just wanted to thank everyone who replied - very kind of you.  I wondered if it was Roughwood.  Always surprised me that the cover notes never revealed that.

That´s where Mike, for promotional sake, spent three weeks in a tent outside his mansion as a protest against "machine" music — the product of recording studios where human intervention seems minimal or non-existent.

;)
