I would very much appriciate your suggestions on which MO album I should buy next. Thus far I've got Tubular Bells, Incantations, Platinum, QE2, Five Miles Out, Crises and Islands. I mainly appriciate the instrumental material, such as the entire QE2 album, Platinum (the song), Taurus II & III and Crises. I also dig actual songs like Family Man, Five miles Out and Foreign Affair.

So, which album should I buy next?

Ommadawn. Amarok could be a good one looking at what you've already got. And Hergest Ridge. Possibly The Songs of Distant Earth. But definitely Ommadawn (I'd recommend it to absolutely anyone). For songs, Heaven's Open and Earth Moving have plenty, though they aren't all very good (then again you might disagree, after all you like Foreign Affair and I don't). Heaven's Open has the advantage of having an instrumental. If you liked the format of Crises and Five Miles Out then Discovery and Islands are apparently similar (though I haven't heard them). And don't forget Tubular Bells II and Tubular Bells III.

If it's the 80s instrumental stuff you prefer to the 70s stuff, I'd definitely suggest Discovery. Otherwise, Ommadawn is a nice one (and a big favourite of the fans in general)...and then there's Amarok...
