The sequencer was made by Korg. It probably predated the SQ-10(or was it an SQ-10, hard to see on the little window). I met a guy in 1980 who owned one. Using an ARP-AXXE he had to tune each knob/note by ear individually. A long process. I read an interview with Rick Wakeman, while on tour with YES he used one of these for a certain yessong and always taped a sheet of paper over it saying "DO NOT UNPLUG THIS!" Because before every show he had to manually tune it and unplugging it erased everything. Then when "this thing was supposed to kick in, all you could hear was me saying SHIT!".
